Our Legacy

A Tradition of Giving Back

The PCFA Scholarship Program was established in 1998 to honor the memory of fallen firefighters and to invest in the young people of Park City. What began as a single $500 award has grown into a comprehensive program awarding thousands of dollars each year to deserving students.

Over the past 25+ years, we have awarded scholarships to more than 150 students pursuing degrees in fire science, emergency medical services, public safety, and a wide range of other fields. Our recipients have gone on to become doctors, engineers, teachers, and yes — firefighters.

Every dollar awarded is raised through our community fundraisers, events, and generous donations from Park City residents and businesses who believe in the power of education to transform lives.
